Broken Bow is a town in McCurtain County, Oklahoma with a resident population of just over 4,100 people (according to 2008 estimates by the U.S. Census Bureau). The area serves as a transition zone between the fertile Red River Basin and the rough, sandstone ridges of the Ouachita Mountains.
